About the rom:

This ROM is built to take performance and stability to a new level. The ROM features a highly customizable, lagless and smooth launcher called as Nexus Launcher. It is named as Xperia Nexus because this rom aims at bringing the ultimate Nexus experience on our Xperia phones. Overall this rom provide a complete balance between looks and performance..

4. Bringing ROM on Stock platform which supports Locked/Unlocked Bootloader.. DONE

Note:
You won't see many changes in the current build because it uses the AOSP style base of cm10... but this is just the first build you see.. STOCK BASED builds WILL blow your mind

Installation Instructions:
--->For CM10 based build:
1. Flash the kernel ! (if you're not on cm10 ROM)
2. Flash the ROM..
3. Wipe /data and factory reset..
4. Let it boot first... than reboot to recovery & flash gapps which are provided..
5. Wipe cache and reboot !

--->For Miro:
1. Format /system..
2. Flash the ROM..
3. Wipe /data and factory reset.. AND STOCK KERNEL USERS; Flash CWM_fix or you'll loose recovery...
4. Let it boot first... It may take some times upto 5-6 mins..
5. Reboot to recovery & flash one of the provided SystemUI & Gapps..
6. Wipe cache and reboot !

--->FOR TIPO:
1. Mount /system and /data manually...
2. Remove
